Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Reto Lutz (sole proprietorship "ai-edu", the "Provider") and the customer (the "Client") for the delivery of training, workshops and advisory services in the field of artificial intelligence.

These terms apply exclusively to business customers (B2B). Consumer contracts are not covered.

2. Conclusion of contract

Offers by the Provider are non-binding. A contract is formed only upon written confirmation by the Provider or upon delivery of the service. Amendments and additions to the contract must be made in writing.

3. Scope of services

The scope of services is set out in the service description in the offer or confirmation. The Provider may deliver training through qualified employees or third parties.

3.1 Training and workshops

• The Provider makes the agreed training materials available.
• Training is delivered in German unless otherwise agreed; English is available on request.
• For on-site training, the Client provides the required infrastructure (rooms, projector, etc.).
• For online training, the Client is responsible for a stable internet connection.

3.2 Participant numbers

The maximum number of participants per training session is specified in the offer (default: 12 people). Exceeding this requires the Provider's prior consent and may lead to additional costs.

4. Scheduling and delivery

Training dates are agreed jointly. The Provider strives to meet agreed dates. If a date cannot be kept, a replacement date is offered.

Rescheduling is free of charge up to 7 days before the session, provided a replacement date is agreed within three months.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclusive of the statutory Swiss VAT. Additional costs (e.g. travel costs, expenses) are shown separately.

5.1 Current pricing

• AI training Impulse: CHF 1'900 (excl. VAT) for 2 hrs, up to 20 participants
• AI training Deep dive: CHF 4'400 (excl. VAT) for 4 hrs, up to 12 participants
• Claude Code 1:1 Training: CHF 990 (excl. VAT) per 90-minute session
• Sparring retainer: CHF 1'800 (excl. VAT) per month, minimum term 3 months
• Enterprise programmes: individual offer

5.2 Payment terms

6. Copyright

All training materials are protected by copyright. The Client receives a simple, non-transferable right of use for internal use. Reproduction, distribution or publication is only permitted with the Provider's written consent.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties undertake to keep all confidential information received in the course of the engagement secret and not to disclose it to third parties. This obligation continues after the contract ends.

The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) and the EU GDPR. Details are set out in the privacy policy.

When processing company data as part of training engagements, the agreed confidentiality provisions apply in addition.

10. Final provisions

• This contract is governed by Swiss law.
• The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
• Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
