    Intro call

    A 30-minute video call with me - free and non-binding. I listen: infrastructure, tools, roles, typical tasks, first friction points.

  2. 02

    Curriculum

    Based on the intro, I draft your workshop curriculum - which tools, which depth, which use cases, which length. You receive the programme in writing before booking: format, learning objectives, blocks and exercises, data frame, expected outcomes, materials. No session without the content agreed in writing first.

  3. 03

    Delivery

    Workshop on-site or remote, in English or German. All exercises run on your real data and tasks - no generic case studies.

  4. 04

    Follow-up

    30 days of email support for follow-up questions, prompt reviews, and workflow adjustments, plus a fixed 30-minute online office hour three weeks after the session. Optional quarterly updates as a separate engagement.

Awareness & overview

A shared baseline for whole departments or leadership rounds. I show live what is possible today, which DSG-related risks need to be addressed, and where your team gains the most. Two pair exercises of 25 minutes total - one on a task from your own week - plus a written plan for the following Monday.

On-site in the cantons of Zurich, Zug and Aargau at no extra cost; other Swiss regions billed at actual cost against receipt (typically CHF 150-350), never for travel time. What usually needs clarifying.

What exactly happens during the intro call before a workshop?
A 30-minute video call. I ask about your infrastructure (cloud, on-prem, regulated data), the roles on the team, your most common tasks, and your previous experience with AI tools. The intro is free and non-binding - from it I propose length, content, and format.
How many participants can join a workshop?
Impulse: up to 20 people. Deep-Dive: up to 12 so that each participant can work hands-on with the tools. For larger groups I either run multiple sessions back-to-back or recommend the Impulse as an entry point.
How is DSG handled in the workshops?
Data protection is a fixed part of every workshop. I show concretely which tool tiers and configurations hold up under Swiss requirements, which inputs are safe and which are not, and how your team can stay DSG-compliant day to day. For regulated environments I walk through the specific compliance constraints up front.
Which language do you teach in?
English or German - whichever fits your team. Materials and prompt templates are delivered in the workshop language. Mixed-language teams are coordinated in advance.
What does on-site delivery outside Zurich cost?
Travel costs are included for the cantons of Zurich, Zug and Aargau. Outside them I invoice the actual cost against receipt - second-class rail, or CHF 0.70 per kilometre when travelling by car. I do not charge for travel time. Typical range: CHF 150-350 depending on region, shown as a separate line on the invoice. Remote delivery is always included.
Which tools are covered?
In the standard set: ChatGPT Business, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. For dev teams I add Claude Code and Cursor. The final tool selection depends on your infrastructure and your use cases.
