What runs every month.
- Monthly sparring
- One 90-minute session per month, remote or on-site. Topic as needed: tool selection, workflow review, team questions, decisions ahead of rollouts.
- Tool-radar briefing
- Curated quarterly updates on the AI tool landscape. What is new, what is relevant for your stack, what is just noise.
- Email review
- In between, concrete follow-ups by email: prompt reviews, configuration tips, pilot use-case debriefs. Reply within one business day.
The retainer budgets about four hours per month. Work beyond that - larger rollouts or new cohort workshops - we quote as a separate engagement.

- Who is the retainer for?
- For teams that have completed an initial workshop and want to keep developing - without every question becoming a new project. Typical: exec/HR leads who want to stabilise AI competence; tech leads who want a sparring partner for workflow decisions.
- What is not included?
- On-site workshops for new cohorts, larger materials (policies, rollout plans) and long deep-dive sessions are separate engagements. The retainer itself budgets about four hours per month - anything beyond we quote as an add-on.
- How does termination work?
- Minimum term 3 months, then monthly cancellation to the end of the month. An email is enough - no form, no extended notice period.
- Can the retainer run on-site?
- The monthly sparring defaults to remote. On request, once or twice a year on-site - travel costs included in the Zurich area, other Swiss regions billed per actual distance.
